John Reid, otherwise known as Nightcrawlers, is a songwriter and recording artist who’s single ‘Push the Feeling’ features famous grime artist, Big Narstie. Sampling Pitbull’s smash-hit ‘Hotel Room’, John’s new track is a hard hitting club filler that’s had YouTubers hitting replay. With the first Nightcrawlers Soul Sessions EP, listeners were treated to a collection of songs that revealed a more soulful side to John’s palette. To date, the EP has enjoyed great media reception and picked up extensive airtime on Jazz FM and MI Soul. Since starting his musical career as frontman of the Nightcrawlers, John has gone on to write for huge international artists like Kelly Clarkson, Il Divo, Westlife, Tina Turner, Rod Stewart, Leona Lewis, Lawson, Andrea Bocelli and Keith Urban. Collectively, John Reid’s writing has sold millions of records worldwide. He has also been recognised by critics with several BMI Awards; not least for his Song of the Year ‘Only You Can Love Me This Way’, performed by New Zealand’s own, Keith Urban. In addition to this, John Reid has received an Ivor Novello Award. With the Nightcrawlers, John Reid’s music saw him travel the world, playing festivals and appearing on television screens globally. Since ‘Push the Feeling’, feat. Big Narstie was released, the demand for John Reid has garnered him with another tour.
